Ban Appeals
Banned members fill in a form on the website. Staff approve or deny it, and an approval unbans them and writes a moderation case.
How to set it up
- Turn Ban Appeals on, pick a review channel, and save. The page shows the website link.
- When someone is banned, the bot DMs them that link. They sign in with Discord and explain why the ban should be lifted. They have to actually be banned, and they can only have one appeal waiting.
- The appeal is posted in the review channel with Approve and Deny. Approve unbans them and writes an unban case. Deny asks for a reason and DMs it to them.
- A cooldown stops a denied member from sending another appeal straight away. Reviewer roles can use the buttons without Ban Members. The bot still needs Ban Members to unban them.
Open a server from the dashboard, then open Ban Appeals. Changes apply as soon as you save. Commands for this module can be turned off from that same page.
