Tickets

Private support tickets with transcripts. Extra requests can wait in a queue.

How to set it up

  1. Turn Tickets on. Add a panel, the support roles, and a log channel. A panel can be a select menu or buttons, and each panel has its own embed.
  2. Add a ticket type for each kind of request. Give it a category, any questions, and a welcome message such as Hey {user}.
  3. Saving posts every panel and updates the ones already posted. You can post more than one. Edit the embed on each panel, and choose which ticket types it shows. Members open a ticket from any of them. They can read and reply from their profile on this website, and those messages are posted in the Discord ticket. Messages sent in Discord show up on the profile too. Staff handle the channel with /tickets claim, /tickets close, /tickets add and the other ticket commands. Blacklist roles that should not open tickets, here or with /tickets blacklist.
  4. Turn on Queuing when new requests should wait once too many tickets are open. Set how many can be open at once. The next request opens when a ticket closes. Staff can open the next one, or take someone off the list, with /tickets queue. A locked voice channel named Queue: 0 is kept at the top of the server and shows how many people are waiting.

Open a server from the dashboard, then open Tickets. Changes apply as soon as you save. Commands for this module can be turned off from that same page.
