AutoMod
Automatically filter invites, links, bad words, spam and more.
How to set it up
- Turn AutoMod on. Set a log channel, a timeout length, and any roles or channels that should be exempt. The server owner and Administrators are always exempt.
- Turn on the filters you want: invites, links, blocked words, mass mentions, caps, spam, IP addresses, ASCII art, advertising, new bots, and Discord's preset word lists.
- IP addresses, ASCII art and advertising can also check nicknames, usernames, custom statuses and activities. A custom status or activity cannot be cleared by the bot, so use timeout, kick or ban when that text should be stopped.
- Turn on Discord AutoMod sync if matching messages should be blocked before they are sent. The bot needs Manage Server for that.
Open a server from the dashboard, then open AutoMod. Changes apply as soon as you save. Commands for this module can be turned off from that same page.
