Game Integration
Connect your game server to Discord with RCON, live status, player lists and support alerts.
How to set it up
- Turn Game Integration on. Add a server with its public address, game port, and, if you want console commands, the RCON port and password.
- Minecraft uses the Java status ping. Source covers CS, Rust, ARK and TF2. RCON is the remote console those games already speak. Rust's web console is not used.
- For any Nitrado server, including RuneScape: Dragonwilds, pick Nitrado and paste the service ID from your Nitrado web interface address plus a long-life API token with the service scope. Status and players come from Nitrado, and
/gameintegration powerrestarts or stops it. Games with console support on Nitrado also take/gameintegration rcon. Dragonwilds has no console or ban list, so admin stays in game. - Pick an alert channel if staff should hear when a server goes offline or fills up. A status message in another channel is edited as the checks change. Player join and leave alerts are optional.
/gameintegration statusand/gameintegration playerscheck a server./gameintegration rconsends a console command. Manage Server can always send one or restart a server, and so can the RCON role.- The dashboard lists who is online with Kick and Ban buttons, and
/gameintegration kick, ban, unbanandwhitelistdo the same from Discord. RCON servers use console commands you can change under Player commands. Minecraft has whitelist commands built in, and Source games need one set first. Nitrado bans and the whitelist use Nitrado's own lists, and kicks need a game with console commands.
Open a server from the dashboard, then open Game Integration. Changes apply as soon as you save. Commands for this module can be turned off from that same page.
